The one country in which parents hire a daycare or a babysitter for their children in the USA. It's 74% according to a recent survey. Most of the parents hire a babysitter very carefully, after all, they are parents and they would not want someone not trustworthy to take care of their child. But there are times when the daycare workers also worry while getting hired to take care of a baby.
Recently, a babysitter revealed why she doesn't accept the baby who is sleeping and totally makes sense and all the babysitters should read it. She shared a story of one former babysitter who had one strict policy that the babysitters had to stick to and explained the reason behind it.
