A self-proclaimed ‘Human Ken Doll,’ David Kosir has spent roughly $70K on cosmetic surgeries to achieve a doll-like appearance. He has gone under the knife several times to get a nose job, new teeth, a hair transplant, and laser freckle removal after being inspired by social media.

Notably, the 27-Year-Old began his plastic transformation in 2019 when he first dabbled with fillers.

Then in May 2021, Kosir underwent his permanent procedure with a $9K rhinoplasty at home in Melbourne. In July, he got veneers on his top teeth for $17K and jetted off to Turkey for crowns on his bottom teeth, which cost $5000. When he noticed his hair was damaged from bleaching, he traveled back to Turkey and spent $9K on a hair transplant.

Kosir has since also splurged on luxury facials every eight weeks, costing $700, and laser freckle remover every three months costing $2000.

“I do really like the plastic, fake look. I’m going for a human, male Barbie doll look, like Ken – that would be the ultimate aesthetic for me. I started getting lip filler and then I moved onto doing check filler and then I did jaw and chin filler. I had no plans originally but I never liked my nose so I always knew I wanted to get that done,” he told Kennedy News.

He added: “Everything else has just been discovering it and then going, I’ll give it a shot and then just doing it. It’s very impromptu really.”

“Honesty, it was scrolling through social media, I was like ‘these teeth look nice, what are these? Veneers and crowns. What are they? And then I looked into that and thought, I should get that done.” In the last three years, Kosir has spent $68,539 on all of his cosmetic procedures. He’s currently taking a break from filler but isn’t done with major modifications.

To complete his transformation, Kosir has scheduled a fox eye lift, temple and cheek lift, fat transfer to numerous areas of his face, and lower blepharoplasty [eyelid reduction]. So far, he has no regrets, and his face is completely changed to the point where he no longer recognizes his pre-op face. And despite the barrage of hateful comments online, he plans to continue sharing his transformations to encourage others. He urged: “If there’s something you want to do, who cares if you’re going to get judged for it, you’ve got to be happy with yourself and live your life.”
