June 2018, Bridgette Davis had just become a widow after losing her husband to mental illness. The mom-of-two was long informed of her husband's infidelity, but she still loved her husband and didn't end the relationship because he said that he'd broken things off with her. Davis thought she'd at least tell her about his death because she had the "right to know."
However, the woman shamelessly asked for the location of his plot to visit him. Bewildered Davis blasted off her behavior on social media, mouthing 'crazy' to Patsy Cline's song in the clip. The clip had left millions of viewers split as some believed she should be let to see him, but others thought Davis was nice enough to have told her of his death.
The 36-year-old from Cincinnati is homeschooling her two teenagers now as a single mom.

"When your husband of 10 years dies, and you have to tell his mistress," she explained shortly in her clip. The mistress reacted to the message, "F***. I can't believe this."
"I can't, I'm losing it. I can't do this again. He promised me."
"Can I go to where he was buried?" she asked.
She made her stance clear with a single-word response, "No."

As the video went viral, questions poured in, prompting her to try to add details to the story.

In subsequent videos, she talked about and revealed another screenshot of their conversation where the mistress admitted she knew about his commitment.

Davis asked her, seemingly dumbfounded after she asked for his grave's location, "You know he was my husband for 10 years, right? That we have two amazing kids together? That I homeschool?"
The mistress replied brazenly, "Yes. I know a lot about things. He needed support, [he] told me him and I were peas in a pod."
Davis, uncaring of the confident tone in the reply, told her, "We have been together 16. I know nothing about you. Other than he said you weren't his girlfriend and he broke things off with you."
Davis finally shared the story, leaving out private information or details because she wants only her teenage children to know them when they want to. She also added, "I don't wanna cause any further trauma in her life."

"My husband struggled with mental illness his entire life, and in fall of 2017, he was diagnosed with bipolar II," she explained. "In November of 2017, I found some questionable things in his phone that I ended up confronting him about. The confrontation ended in a pretty big argument and he ended up leaving for the night. I still don't know where he went."
The husband started an affair, leading to arguments that further exacerbated his mental condition. He later told her that he'd left the house with a handgun in his hand but failed to pull the trigger.
Things had only gotten worse - much worse than she'd imagined - as she kept finding things in his phone and at one point, he left the house without telling anyone.

Davis learned he'd gone to Mexico without telling the family and went radio silent for days before he finally called her, only to confess to even more horrible things he'd done, including spending all their money.
The disturbed husband eventually threatened to kill himself if she ever left her. She recalled this moment, "The person I was talking to that day was not the person I married."
"Obviously, I had to reevaluate everything because this was not the direction I saw it going in," she added.
In May, he encouraged going to marriage counseling after telling her that he'd broken things off with the mistress. But in June, he "lost his battle with depression". Feeling like she at least had a right to know, Davis texted her on Instagram.
"I didn't have anything against her, and I knew that the man that I married and the man that she was dating were two different people," she concluded from their affair.
