Kanye West, the Yeezy designer, has again pointed the finger at Pete Davidson, claiming he’s really concerned that the Saturday Night Live star will get his ex-wife Kim Kardashian hooked on drugs. It remains unknown what made the rapper discuss Davidson’s history with drugs, but he had responded to a follower’s comment about the comedian, which read: “He’s in rehab every 2 months.”
28-Year-Old Davidson has been honest about his love for Marijuana but always maintained he has never really done any other drugs.
At one point before, he had been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and had even thought his mental illness was a drug problem.
However, Kanye has said in a post [now-deleted] he’s “[sic] really concerned that SKETE will get my kids mom hooked on drugs.” Since entering a relationship with the SKIMs Founder, 41, Davidson has implored Kanye, 44, to seek help for his bipolar disorder.
In an alleged text to Kanye, he had written: “Let me help you, man. I struggle with mental stuff too.”
“It’s not an easy journey, you don’t have to feel this way anymore. There’s no shame in having a little help. You’ll be so happy and at peace," Davidson added.
In a Podcast “WTF with Marc Maron” from September 2017, having completed a stint in Rehab in Utah, Davidson had shared: “I’ve been a pothead forever. Around October or September last year, I started having these mental breakdowns where I would, like, freak out and then not remember what happened after. Blind rage.”
“I never really did any drugs, so I was like, “I’m gonna try to go to rehab. Maybe that’ll be helpf ul. So I to and get off weed. They told me, they’re like, ‘You might be bipolar. One of my psychiatrists [diagnosed me].” On the other hand, Kanye and Kardashian had been married from 2014 to 2022.
