Robert Pattinson's three-hour 'The Batman' reboot has raked in $128 million from the box office on their opening weekend, a second movie during the pandemic era to be making over $100 million. The movie which saw Matt Reeves as the director also cast Zoë Kravitz as the caped crusader's love interest and heroine, Catwoman. The only other movie that outperformed this was “Spider-Man: No Way Home” with its $260 million earning back in December.
The movie has also stolen the first spot from 'Uncharted' with its premiere.

The reboot reported cost $200 million to produce and has been highly praised with an 85% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Both critics and audiences have also expressed positive reviews of the movie, suggesting that it will keep going strong for the next few weeks.The movie has earned $120 million for its international market on the other hand.

The movie also stars Paul Dano as the Riddler, Andy Serkis as the butler Alfred Pennywort and Colin Farrell as the antagonistic character, Penguin. Fans and viewers are enjoying the approach that is away from the superhero vibe and more of a noir with violence that was rated PG-13.
