At 17, Niki Antram welcomed a baby boy named Jimmy. At the time, she vowed to give him the best life she possibly could despite Jimmy being disabled. And Yes, she has kept to her promise as she has spent years traveling the globe with Jimmy [now 26] on her back. Niki had even planned their next trip to Canada, but COVID struck, and international borders shut down.
There is no one in this world like a mother, and you possibly might be left in tears after reading through the tale of Niki and her disabled son Jimmy.
Jimmy, who has seen plenty of the world, was born with physical and mental abilities, including blindness, and requires round-the-clock care from Niki [ now 43] and his support workers. However, Niki is quite worried that she isn’t getting any younger, and it’s getting more exhausting to carry Jimmy on her back during their adventures.

Even though Jimmy had a wheelchair, Niki never enjoyed using it; instead, she’s contented with carrying him while she’s physically able and helps him walk a short distance on his own. Amazing pics taken around the globe show Jimmy clinging on as they hike through mountains and rainforests. It was misfortunate that Jimmy [now 26] was born handicapped and was a victim of blindness.
Because of all this, Nikki has to take care of him 24 hours a day, and she never allows the troubles to come in the way of his happiness.

“Planning big holidays, I always make sure I have plenty of nappies, clothes, and even bed pads, sheets, and pillowcases. Even if I know we will be okay, I like to inform the companies to give them a heads up about us to make sure they understand and are okay with having us there,” Niki told Daily Mail Australia. She added that sometimes they don’t accommodate because of risks associated with Jimmy’s condition or logistical difficulties.Nikki has put him on her back and taken him from Hawaii to Bali and many places in across the world.

You may admire the photos of the places they visited together! And of course, the tale is VERY TOUCHING!
She revealed the exception to this was in Hawaii, where everyone wanted Jimmy to join. Niki counted herself fortunate that Jimmy has similar interests as they both enjoy the outdoors, the waters, and adventures. The duo is based on the Sunshine Coast in their little pocket of Queensland paradise, and when they are not traveling, they wake up in the morning and go for a bike ride.

Before their outing, Niki would have made breakfast, fed Jimmy, dressed him for the day, and washed his sheets from the night before. Her schedule is exhausting, yet she’s determined to give Jimmy the best life she can provide. Jimmy listens to the sound around him if they’re training outdoors, playing with the sand or shells during a beach season. Even during group fitness sessions, he listens to the workouts around him.
At the moment, Niki is quite worried that she isn’t getting any younger, and it’s getting more exhausting to carry Jimmy, but she is not giving up.
