16 Celebs Who Deeply Regretted Going Through Cosmetic Surgery After It Went Wrong

Going under the knife remains an incredibly stressful prospect to the human body. It’s not easily anyone’s first choice to have a surgeon cut through their skin, no matter how experienced or trained they might be. In one best case, everything goes as intended; you go home feeling healthier while on the road to recovery. But in a worse case, you are left with more problems than you started with.

Surgical procedure does come with a certain level of risk; however, in an industry obsessed with appearance, it’s no shock that celebrities, mostly women, still go under the knife or perhaps undergo cosmetic procedures as often as they do. While some are satisfied with their nip and tuck results, a few deeply regret their choices. From having too many fillers to botched procedures, listed below are some of the celebs who have opened up about going overboard. Scroll on, enjoy their stories!

Victoria, nicknamed Posh Spice, had publicly spoken of how she regretted her stick-on boob implants in the Noughties and had them removed. “I should probably say, don’t mess with your b**bs. All those years, I denied it – stupid. A sign of insecurity. Just celebrate what you’ve got.” Victoria, 47, told British Vogue in 2017 and added that she hoped fans would embrace their bodies.

The Love Islander started having lip filler when she was 17 and also dabbled with chin fillers. “I feel like I’m still going through the process of trying to make everything as natural as I possibly can. I made that many mistakes when I was younger. I am genuinely trying to correct them now,” The influencer, according to The Sun, had said.

The US actress highlighted how her dependence on injections started to snowball as she got older. In 2017, Courteney claimed she regretted using fillers, Botox, and thankfully she got them dissolved the same year. “Well, what would end up happening is that you go to a doctor who would say, ‘You look great, but what would help is a little injection here or filler there. The next thing you know, you’re layered and layered and layered. You have no idea because it’s gradual until you go,’ Oh sh*t, this doesn’t look right.”

This 69-Year-Old actor had his dramatic face corrected with surgeries after boxing messed him up. “Most of it was to mend the mess of my face because of the boxing, but I went to the wrong guy to put my face back together,” Mickey told Daily Mail. He equally described how cartilage was taken from his ear to try to rebuild his nose.

For me, my career right now, and me doing business – like being on the frontline in business – I don’t need to have a man looking down at my a** when I’m trying to talk numbers. I don’t need to be able to get the role.”

Kylie confessed she regretted plumping her lips at age 15. So in 2018, she courageously had some of the fillers dissolved to look more natural. “Well, I made my lips a little too big at one point. I got excited and felt like I needed to do a lot. And then I had to go back and have it fixed, and it was a crazy process. Thank God I didn’t end up on Botched.” Kylie told ALLURE.

I felt inappropriate.” The Hills star told PEOPLE.

Leslie had her lips bodged when a dodgy doctor used silicon. The Men Behaving Badly actress had corrective surgery, which improved her smile, but it didn’t entirely remove the chemicals. “I thought it was a dermal filler that my body would break down. But unbeknownst to me, they used an industrial filler which got mixed up with my muscle. Those are the complications that can happen.” Leslie told This Morning.

She had asked for B cups but was given Cs. “My stomach became the most ripply, bugly thing. I had a hernia, this huge bump next to my belly button. As a result, I couldn’t wear a bikini.” She told US mag US weekly.
