Iranian Artist Alireza Pakdel has created heartbreaking graphic illustrations that imagine complex themes and feelings in a distinct style. From racism, pollution, consumerism, technology addiction, and even pollution, many people are undeniably pressured by modern life. One striking image visualized by the 40-Year-Old cartoonist is how polluted our oceans are and their effect on aquatic animals.
Another depicted the Flamingos in tears as they experienced drought. However, the art director tries as much to spread awareness and explore numerous topics in his works. Padkel’s illustrations set a reflection, especially as they carry a powerful and meaningful message that can be understood without the need for words. With this said, it’s time to reflect on our lives while also recounting the past. So here, we’ve collated some of Padkel’s newest illustrations for your perusal. Have a look and enjoy!
