Messina, a popular Australian chocolate brand, recently announced a new chocolate gelato product. Dubbed as 'Tartufo Rocks Tub,' Messina wrote on their blog, "Inspired by the legendary Ferrero Rocher and its glistening gold foil, our new Tartufo Rocks Hot Tub is here to please." And rightly so, the tub is hand-filled with all kinds of amazing things hazelnut mousse, gianduia gelato, and gianduia fudge. On the outside, you can see puffed rice coated thickly in hazelnut rocher glaze.

On social media, Messina teased, "The Tartufo Hot Tub is all the kinds of chocolate, hazelnut, whipped cream and fudge you need on a day like today. 'It's basically like eating a giant Ferrero Rocher in frozen form.'

Each of these Tartufo Tubs costs $30 in the size of 1L. Messina recommended that these tubs are best packed in Messina Cones™, just like what they said with their previously sold-out Hot Tubs series.
These Tartufo Hot Tubs are sold in all Messina outlets except The Star and can be ordered online before picking them up on October 31 and November 1. But it appears that the logs are so popular, they sold out within 30 minutes of starting the sale.
It appears that this has also been a favorite among people, some saying that the chocolate tasted 'heavenly'.
Before Tartufo, Messina had released a new range of products which are gelato bars covered in chocolate.

These gelato bars are the results of Messina's collaboration with Peters Ice Cream that brings soft and sweet choc, espresso, and lemon-infused gelato into the warm hug of Messina's chocolate.
You can find these choc gelato bars in supermarkets as they are sold in three different flavors: choc hazelnut, espresso Dulce De Leche and strawberry cheesecake. They are sold in the freezers aisle of Coles and Woolworths in a 4-pack for $10.
