Generally, there are good neighbors as well as bad neighbors. The love your neighbor as yourself rule isn’t widely accepted by many across the globe. It’s a word that is easily said but challenging to practice.

 A fraction of the world would admit having wonderful neighbors while of course, a few will acknowledge having bad neighbors who would sink to the lowest level to have their way.
