their savings and stimulus checks to pay
rent or even move out during the coronavirus pandemic.
A few have even resorted to threats in spite of the tenants losing their jobs, their homes, or having nowhere to go else to go. A staggering 22 million Americans have filed as unemployed this past month and the situation might be worse.
