Yes, she was born on leap day 84 years ago, making her one of the world's oldest 21-year-old if that even makes sense. In honor of her 84th/21st birthday, Ryan Reynolds decided to put her in the spotlight and gave her a nice befitting 21st birthday gift.

It's the dream of many women to be personally poured their first legal drink on their 21st birthday and Arlene is enjoying that very privilege just a few days ago.
