A woman has been caught cheating on her husband after giving birth to a twin. The woman from Xiamen City, China couldn’t believe in her wildest dream would she be giving birth to a child of not just her husband, but also that of her lover.

The whole scenario worsens when the woman’s husband instantly observed something was off with one of the babies. One among the twins didn’t resemble him anyway, having different mouth shapes, eyes, and nose.

Expectedly, couples are to register the births of their babies to a police station by making available proofs they are indeed their children. A paternity test shows the husband was clearly unrelated to one of the babies.

The wife, who had initially argued of not cheating on her husband later revealed she had a one-night stand with another man. And since the baby turned out to be fraternal twin, it was very easy for the husband to notice that one of the babies didn’t resemble him. The husband did, however, came to a conclusion to raise his own child, but not that which she had with another man.

Nevertheless, this situation is termed ‘Heteropaternal Superfecundation.’ It occurs in only 1 in 13,000 fraternal twins and can only happen if a woman sleeps with a different man within 24hours as well as if she had more than an egg to start with.
