Obviously a man, unlike woman, has limited options when it comes to keeping your looks fresh unless you are abiding by the male makeup trend. You can go to the gym, get yourself brand new clothes, hit salon that's it.  But this Japanese barber has proven that the best way of changing your looks is to get a haircut.  Shou Otsuki is one of the staff barbers at the hair salon located in Tokyo. He and another person named Dorado are famous for the before and after haircut look of their clients. The video starts with a guy who looks weird, shy and awkward and has a creepy hairstyle and then Shou covers the camera with a comb and after he removes it there's a completely different looking person and how happy the clients are with the results could be seen in their faces. 

" I just want to make everyone look cool, I suggest a look based on the client's facial shape or just how he seems like a person, I like to try to match the atmosphere," he said in an interview.
