Even as the last embers of fire settle upon the ruins of both King’s landing and Daenerys Targaryen’s narrative arc at least we know that it had been foretold.
The last episode of the epic series Game of Thrones was released, and as the series goes on to inspire a storm of internet memes, some GOT fans noticed that the series’ ending had been predicted by The Simpsons.

The great oracle and arbiter of all things yet to pass did it again. While it may or may not come as a surprise to the creators of Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D.B, Weiss, the whole world knows that the Simpsons have been pretty much been correct at anything they predicted.
