Kourtney Kardashian broke the news to the world on Thursday
at the Ellen Degeneres show. The power couple was at the hospital
awaiting the birth of their fourth child via a surrogate.
As Kim Karshanian and Kanye west's surrogate goes into
labor, it's still uncertain if the rapper and reality star will both be present in the delivery room.
Kim did not make an appearance to the show but the audience were surprised by her three kids daughter North, five, son, Saint, three, and daughter Chicago, 15 months along with three of their cousins.

When Ellen prompted why Kim couldn’t make it, Kourtney, 40, replied: So, my mom doesn’t even know this but Kim’s surrogate went into labor so she’s at the hospital.
Kris who was completely shocked by the news, said, “No! what are we doing here?! C’mon Ellen.”
When Kris’ grandchildren heard the special news about Kim’s surrogate, they seemed unfazed. 4-year-old Reina said,” No more I’m done with this conversation.
The exciting news came as there were online rumours of the couple’s surrogate already delivering their fourth son.
The reality TV star, however, acted swiftly to shut down the rumours on her tweet on 6th May “Wait I just saw news our baby boy came but that’s not true,”. “Its Met Monday, I’m in NYC. I would be at the hospital lol.”
A few weeks ago, the model threw a lavish baby shower in preparation for her fourth child.
“I thought it was kind of ridiculous to have a fourth baby shower. But I thought I’m freaking the f**k out having a fourth child,” she said as her 5-year old daughter was by her side.
“So because I’m freaking out and the baby is coming in, like, two weeks, I thought what better way to celebrate than have a little CBD.”
Kim had hosted a wellness-themed baby shower while focusing on CBD products, meditation, and advice from experts in the field who detailed the properties and benefits of CBD, which is short for cannabidiol.
A credible source has revealed that the power couple has been very excited at the arrival of their fourth child. “Kim and Kanye have known for a while and are very excited”, the insider shared at the time.
“They had one male embryo left and are thrilled it has worked out. Kim always wanted four kids and having two boys and two girls feels perfect.”
Kim gave birth naturally to daughter Noth, and son, Saint. The couple’s third child Chicago was born via a surrogate.
Kim had battled a life-threating condition called placenta accrete on both her pregnancies and had been warned by her doctor not to carry her own baby again.
