The Kardashian sisters have long been known to maintain a healthy rivalry of fashion, appearance, and body all the time. Despite the fact, the family is close-knitted and when their wealth is combined, they sum up to more than $1.5 billion. And it's not just fashion; the sisters also love to compete in business ventures, and people are probably wondering if they also compete in terms of real estate.

It's long known that the family also loves to renovate their house to their liking, adding one part after another, but here's what Kris has to say about the rivalry in real estate when she talks to Architectural Digest.

"There's zero rivalry when it comes to houses. We're very fortunate to live in close proximity, and we all enjoy each other's homes. I'm incredibly proud that the kids have discovered their own identities and passions."

All six houses are located within 6 miles. The big family currently resides within LA neighborhoods of Calabasas and Hidden Hills.

As such, the first cousins are close to each other thanks to living in close proximity. But this wasn't always the case.

When Kris was married to Robert Kardashian, the family raised their three daughters in Beverly Hills where they owned a mansion. The mansion was equipped with a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a bar. After Kris was married to Caitlyn Jenner in 1996, then Bruce Jenner, the family relocated to the LA neighborhood and bought a home in Hidden Hills. Then they moved to Calabasas when they film Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The married couple bought their dream house from Lisa Marie Presley that is located in Hidden Hills. On August 2014, the pair officially owned the house and did a renovation on it. They did another in 2016 and finally moved in the next year after spending $20 million. They had to evacuate in November 2018 due to the wildfire that swept California. More renovations were done and finally, these aerial shots show the current situation of their real estate: perfect and beautiful. They have recently got rid of dormer windows and instead had windows extended to the other sides of the buildings.

The parents of soon four children through surrogate have added another wing and removed the dormer.

After her recent split from her ex-husband, Lamar Odom due to his repeated cheating behaviors, Khloe is now residing in her mansion that she bought for $7.2 million from Justin Bieber. The 34-year-old model and mother to a baby girl, True, now resides in Calabasas and is reported to have spent little money and attention to renovating the house too much. After removing the skateboard ramp, it was not until recently when the aerial shots were taken that we knew Khloe has renovation ongoing.

She moved into the house after her split with her daughter and has only recently started renovations.

She's also planning to add a play area and fans know that she lives just across the street of Kourtney's house.

Kourtney

She owns the biggest house next to Kim at 12,000 acres. She purchased the mansion from NFL star Keyshawn Johnson for $8.5 million in 2014. When she first set foot into the house, she was faced with mold infestation and it was a lot of work before she manages to get rid of them.The 40-year-old mother, however, turns it not just to her wonderland, but also her children's. Mason, Penelope, and Reign are nine, six and four years old respectively. They have swings, a trampoline and a large jungle gym they can play together with their first cousins.

Her Calabasas mansion is known to be the biggest among her sisters in the area.

Her house is very kid-friendly. Kourtney has all sorts of toys for her kids and her basketball courts park high-end electrically powered kiddy cars and bicycles.

The court came with the house and Kourtney had it repainted in gray. She also added seats next to the pool.

Kourtney's three children have a lot of toys and places to play in the house. In fact, they have their own rooms full of toys, while Kourtney has an entertainment room dedicated to her lifestyle site, Poosh.She also has her own gym, massage room and has an eye for interior design much like her mother, Kris Jenner.

Kris moved out of the house where the set for Keeping Up With The Kardashians is located. She purchased a $9.9 million worth real estate of her own in December 2017 and currently lives alone.While her house is considerably smaller and humbler, she keeps her home clean and comfortable. Her backyard and pool also look pristine and delightful.

The richest of the sisters, Kylie Jenner, is a self-made real estate mogul who owned three Hidden Hills mansion. She sold two of them and currently is residing in one that cost $12 million when she purchased it.The mansion has eight bedrooms and is inspired by Cape Cod. Currently, she lives in the house with her boyfriend Travis Scott and daughter, Stormi.The driveway shows a fleet of cars and pool behind the house.
