Kim Kardashian once again proved to the world that she is a beauty with brains. The 38-year-old star posted a throwback photo on Friday on her Instagram account where she could be seen relaxing with a book while wearing a sexy outfit that showed her waistline.

The mother of three posed for the photo in a low-cut royal blue bikini top with a large cut out that showed her flat tummy. To add to the totally chilled out ambiance, She also sported mirrored sunglasses with her hair down.

On one hand, she held a blue book and a pen with the other. The book had no writings on the cover and looked more of a journal than a law book.

Kim has shared recently that she is studying to become a lawyer and has been apprenticing at a law firm in San Francisco in hopes of taking the bar in 2022

Her well- toned legs were appropriately positioned in a move that was meant to accentuate her sexy figure. To complete her look, she had what looked like a sheer blue scarf tied around her waist.

In the scene, she was seen going through letters from prisoners seeking clemency when her mother Kris Jenner entered the room to compliment her on her newly chosen career goal.

Kim is sitting on a sofa when she says, ‘I’m reading this letter from prison and this one’s a good one.'

Then Kris asks, ‘How many cases do you do at a time?’

‘The average time to get someone clemency is seven to 10 years’ Kim says.

Kim was not able to finish college but is able to take the bar with proper studying. However, she first has to pass a mini-bar exam scheduled this year.

'I'm super proud of you Kim, you take this all seriously and I think that they're lucky that you listen,' added the mom.

Kim knows her stuff well: 'The average time to get someone clemency is seven to 10 years,' she says.

'If I see something that I feel like has a real shot and just like moves me, then I'll send it to my attorney's who look over everything just to make sure it's legitimate,' she tells Jenner.

The reality TV star also said that she was inspired by her lawyer father Robert Kardashian.

Kim also claims that she draws her inspiration from her late lawyer father Robert Kardashian who died in 2003 from cancer.

'I told my dad years ago that I was really into criminal justice and he was like "This will stress you out so much, you do not really want to take this on,"' she said.

Alice has made her want to do it even more.

'I think now having gotten so deep in helping Alice [Marie Johnson], I'm really motivated to get to know the law more and fight for people who deserve a second chance like her.

Kim is there to help: 'It really is overwhelming how much people do write,' she added.

Since her much-publicized success, several inmates have reached out to the beauty mogul. She is thrilled to be part of the lawmakers that helped pass a new law that helps inmates.
'I never in a million years thought we would get to the point of getting laws passed,' she said. 'That was really a turning point for me.' 

Kim is feeling the stress as she ramps up to not only start her career track on becoming a lawyer but also prepares to welcome her fourth child

On the Wednesday trailer of the KUWTK, Kim opened up to her husband about being overwhelmed by the mounting career responsibilities.

'I just had a 14 hour day. It's a lot of work. I kinda don't know if I wanna take away time from the kids and from you,' Kim says.

The KKW Beauty mogul then said she felt it was not possible to have it all.

 'I don't know what to do. How am I gonna have another kid? How am I gonna study? How am I gonna read? How am I gonna do this all?' Kim asked.

Her usually chilled Husband Kanye had a few encouraging words that seemed to put Kim back at ease.

'Sit back and analyze, what are your distractions? Once you manage your time you'll be able to manage your time to be able to give attention to me, attention to the kids and attention to law that you're passionate about,' Kanye advised.

Kim said in a direct camera interview that Kanye has always been supportive of her.

'From day one Kanye has always been someone in my life who has always pushed me to do what I want to do no matter what the rules are,' she said.

'The fact that he is supporting me in this journey knowing that for the next four years it would take time away from him and our kids means a lot to me and gives me the confidence that I really need and that extra push of someone around me to be like 'I know you can do it,' like 'you got this,'' Kim said.

At the end of the conversation, the rapper teased his wife about helping him get out of his bad deals.

'My wife a lawyer now bet you I can get out of this contract you know what I'm saying?' Kanye teased.

'I know you can't wait till then but in four years I can go to court for you,' Kim replied.
